OUR JOURNEY
We are on fire.
After the prolonged isolation in response to COVID, women across Alberta are looking for a place to be heard and organize together. Women On Fire has been asking – what can we do to create change. We know that stopping the attacks on public education, public health care, provincial parks, focussing on the houseless, mental health, and addiction crises is going to require women across the province and across demographics to come together, organize and vote. In January 2023, we launched Women On Fire to create that community — focussed not only on protecting women’s rights, but on bringing women together as a political force that transcends age, race, and background.

"One woman can be ignored. Two women can be dismissed. But thousands of women working together are unstoppable."

OUR MISSION
MOMENTUM
It is time for us to begin working towards a province that we will work, raise our families, and retire. A safe and inclusive community that offers opportunities for each of us.

We are starting conversations that are sparking action; large and small actions that collectively build a better Alberta.

Do you have a spark and want to volunteer to host an event?
